The team from the Office of Accountability at the Washoe County School District took a day to work as a team at the Project Discovery ropes course this week. Usually, this team is bound to the office, crunching the numbers and making the data available so the best decisions can be made for WCSD students. They were pretty happy to be able to take a day to hone their skills, supporting one another, to make what seemed impossible possible.
We get a number of chances each season to work with students from Washoe County. This was our first chance to showcase the depth of the Project Discovery program for school administrators. It was a great day for all. We hope to continue to expand our work with WCSD!
