The group came back one more time for a scavenger hunt and to succeed on the wall. As if the snow wasn’t enough of a challenge, they were also instructed that The Wall challenge would be done in silence once the planning meeting had concluded. This group truly performed excellently completing the exercise in record time. The final Appreciation Circle was extraordinary around a fire in the snow. The conclusion was peppered with truth, compassion and love as it should be with any IAM group.
