I can say I have never been more honored to work with such an amazing group of people than I had the pleasure of working with today. Every member of the BDB team along with their leader, Jason Mattick, had their heart and minds in the right place today to challenge themselves to become better for their time with us. Yes, they lived up to their credo of being Bold and Dedicated and worked hard to build and/or strengthen their relationships… but they did so much more. Their willingness to sweat, get dirty and get the job done will be legendary at Project Discovery for years to come, Unfortunately for us, our expectations for school staffs will be so high that I fear we will always be disappointed going forward. This crew remained undaunted in the face of tremendous obstacles and rose to each new challenge with renewed energy, support and conviction. Down to a man, every Project Discovery facilitator thought this was one of the finest schools we have ever worked with.
And let me just say it right out… We are proud to be a part of the Bighorn Nation!!!
