By far and away one of the most sincere, honest, impactful and supportive groups I have had the pleasure of working with. This team showed up ready to rock and rock they did. When stuck in big challenges the level of support they gave one another was inspiring as well as their viscerally honest debrief. This is a family that truly cares about one another and is there for one another 110% to support any team member who needs it. Not to say they let anyone off of ownership and accountability. Every team member had been around the block a time or two and their experience was shared whenever it was appropriate. We came a long long way from our first long struggle with Ball Juggle and by the end of the day there was nothing left but understanding, respect for one another, caring, support and great insight of what needs to happen in order to continue to bring joy into their own lives and those they come in contact with. Each team member was an inspiration to me and I hope to see Jorden and her gang back many times in the future!
