We had the great pleasure of working with the entire frosh class of Sierra Nevada University this week and the staff agrees this is the best group of students From SNU we have ever worked with. Fantastic group of committed, willing students able to do whatever it took to learn and improve from each of their progressively more difficult challenges. Every facilitator was amazed at the level of support the students were able to offer one another and the level of coaching that came naturally. It was much more about the “WE” than the “I” and that hasn’t always been the case with this school. The day went a long way to taking a class that was more or less just a bunch of individuals and turning it into a cohort of colleagues that shared and cared for one another when a lot was on the line.
