First we had a day with the 8th graders to help them realize they ARE the school leaders. Here are the pics to prove it. We trained them to work with the younger grades the following week. It was a challenging and powerful day and by the end they understood that they were going to have to take some serious responsibility mentoring the younger grades a week later and for the rest of the year… which is just what we wanted.
