Project Discovery enjoyed a wonderful day with the Student Leadership Team from Truckee Meadow’s Community College. Leave it to Miguel to bring up the cream of the crop… these students showed fortitude pushing the limits to the max to grow a little today and to move a little closer to becoming the leaders that are within them. Managing fear effectively allowed this team to solve complex problems while testing their resilience and learning the power of working together while facing their fears. I am proud of each and every one of them.
