Karen Kufka and her USFS fire training managers spent a wonderful day with us last week. They worked hard at addressing their leadership and communication issues and as a result their individual and team performance they improved progressively on each element as we moved through the day. We were impressed by the level of courage and support they offered one another as well as their focus on the outcome and their team approach to planning, organization and leadership in order to effectively meet their mission on each of the elements they were offered. Truly a Gold Star group, this should dispel any myth about government workers not working hard enough… these folks came and absolutely slewed the course while still respecting their own and others limitations.
We look forward to working with them again in the near future!
