Provided a Double Header while in Redding, CA and worked with the Turtle Bay Leadership Team the day following our work with their Board. Turtle Bay is the Heart of Redding in many ways and it is beating vibrantly thanks to the superlative leadership team their community is blessed to have. Rarely have we worked with a more highly committed and motivated group of people. It was a wonderful day learning a little more about leadership, supervision and team leadership. We look forward to working with them again soon!
