Carson High School Cheerleaders worked on their team building and leadership skills recently and came a long way in the afternoon and evening session we worked with them. We wish them the best in their winter cheer season and onto Nationals! The following is also the credo the Varsity Squad generated as a result of their work together:
We the Varsity Cheerleading Team have decided that from this point on we will communicate respectfully and with a purpose. We will also recognize everyone’s strengths and weaknesses and build each other up. We will focus more on the positives rather than the negatives. Working on our patience is try important on this team so that we can listen better and understand what everyone has to say. We will all recognize that we are all a team and we support the same goal. We will work to be humble and step down so that our other teammates have a chance to step up. We will remember to always give 100% and to live in the moment. We will e motivated for our future goals and NEVER GIVE UP!
