BLM Nevada Fire Management spent the day with us working on leadership and team issues specific to fire management. A healthy fire management tools list was generated and those very same tools put to work in the laboratory setting that is PD Federal Government Programming. Challenges were faced head-on and professional growth embraced with all hands on deck. All of the staff here at Project Discovery really enjoy the unique culture of BLM Nevada for working hard and striving to become better tomorrow for the challenges they choose to face today. BLM Nevada is by far the most hard working, dedicated and visionary Federal agency we have ever worked with!
