Enjoyed a great day of leadership development and team building with Bureau of Land Management Nevada last week. As with all of our BLM Fire retreats we found this government organization driven by continuous quality improvement, high motivation to succeed and an innate ability to take on the most crucial problems facing Nevada Federal lands. We were honored to work with these land management leaders and hope this is the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial partnership.
