Head, Heart, Hands and Health: Hard to go wrong with 4-H

The 4-H students and volunteers from South Reno come up annually with a wonderful new group each Autumn and this Sunday they did not disappoint! This group already comes with great Attitudes, Behaviors and Cognitions and we help them enhance their student leadership, work on their team-building and help them push their limits beyond anything they thought remotely capable of doing… and then celebratie their accomplishments at the end of the day.  There were certainly many more smiles and peals of laughter than tears and fears but occasionally team members were frozen and needed their team to get behind them to move them forward, which, 4-H’ers do quite well. Final analysis: a great time was had by all and you can read that on the faces of these of kids like a book. Breen and I really enjoy this group. As my Dad would have said… “they are full of piss and vinegar” and really make things happen and dig in with true grit.
