Shared another wonderful end of season Leadership Development Retreat with the Incline Village 4th Graders thanks in no small part to Eric Harssema and the PTA who supported the fundraising on this project. A great time was had by teachers, the PTA, parents and of course, the students as they challenged themselves in small teams on low and high elements. After all is said and done I have to say that big things DO come in small packages and a lot of courage and bravery was exhibited by all and limits pushed to the point where an awful lot of proud kids rolled through the High Five carwash at the end of the day!
