In partnership with the Sky Tavern Junior Ski Program we hosted a Mighty Mite Hockey Day at Project Discovery just South of the lower parking lot. Great fun was had by all the munchkins who attended with some stick handling skills, passing and of course, goal shooting skills being taught, coached and practiced in this free to Sky Tavern members event. We want to make Sky Tavern Hockey a great addition to the ski program going forward and it looks like the kids that showed up will help us get there! Thanks to all the parents and kids who attended the event focused on “The Coolest Game on Earth.” Special thanks goes out to Nate Corona and Will and Thomas Vavra for volunteering their time to coach the up and coming wee ones.
