In strong winds and less than perfect conditions the PHS Ski Team rose to the occasion yesterday and competed like champions! Keagan and Sara ended up taking home the cash for first place while 2nd and 3rd place winners still ended up with some fun prizes. As our most motivated skier, Jesse ended up with a full set of skis, boots and poles, some of which was donated by the Skytavern Junior Ski Program. All in all our last meeting was really a winner for everyone involved. Thanks to everyone for participating in ski team this year and all the coaches for their fine work with the students, special thanks go out to Cary Jordan and Jason Zona for their unwavering support as well as Palisades Tahoe for hosting us!
Together we made something great happen and that is what changes lives for the better!
