Project Discovery staff members Jim Croley, Phoebe Sharpell and myself spent a large part of this week in Dallas Texas working with the Storm Guard company. I can honestly say I have never worked with a company closer to our philosophy and approach to management, training, staffing and customer care. It was sheer joy to work with this wonderful group of people. They are truly family in every sense of the term. The care, celebration, appreciation, respect and admiration they showed to one another and us was inspiring to say the least. Coming from all over the country for their annual convention these folks embraced the Project Discovery way and were thus a sheer joy to work with. We provided many great adventures but the best was the World Record for All Up Ball in the last session of the last day. A full 38 balls went up in the air and every one of them was caught (albeit with some practice of course) and a World Record was set. Great company. Great group of people. We were honored to be a part of their 2019 conference and look forward to having more of their company out here to Lake Tahoe to experience our course!
