Wow, what an awesome group to work with! These staff members, who do such an important job at the Indian Colony, came up to the ropes course for the day to work on their group dynamics. Trust and Communication were the two themes for the day. They worked well together in the challenges they faced on the course and had an hour long candid conversation about how to make things better back in the office. By the end of the day, they had made specific commitments to stop doing negative behaviors and put positive ones in their place. This is what the ropes course is here for! Great job, guys! You rock!
