Board members from the Skytavern Junior Ski Program spent Sunday morning with us working on leadership and team building issues. Problem-solving, communication and leadership were at the forefront of the discussion and everyone present agreed that it was a moving and inspiring experience and that they would return to their Board duties stronger as a result of their time with us. One thing is for sure: this is a group of very committed and caring people who want to make Skytavern and the world a better place. We look forward to their return next season!
