We were honored to work with members of the BLM Mineral and Land Records folks on a very cold day a few weeks ago. These folks were mission committed, enthusiastic, passionate about their jobs and wanted to do the work to make their respective offices work even more effectively. Tackling the difficult human skills of Effective Communication, Team Support, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership through progressively more difficult challenges led these professionals to insights which will serve them well the rest of their careers.
