Once again we were honored to work with the Truckee Meadows Wildland Fire Fighters. Critical topics included but were not limited to: Vigilant Awareness, Tactical Pause, Innovative Problem-Solving and Unit Risk Mitigation. These and more fire “tools” were forensically dissected, discussed, practiced and better understood when viewed through the lens of Leadership in a Fire Setting. We love working with these guys and you just won’t find a more dedicated, highly motivated group of individuals. With close to 10 rookies on the crew we watched them be inducted into the Brotherhood of Firefighters. It is our hope to work with them for many years to come.
