At Project Discovery, we have no doubts that our leadership challenge and team building programs can bring changes to your business that promote a healthy work environment. The awesome doctors and staff from the Southwest Veterinary Hospital in Reno returned to the Project Discovery ropes challenge course for a third time this week. We presented them with all new challenges, including a hilarious game of Tank and a thrilling ride on our Giant’s Swing, while continuing to build on the tools they can take back to the office. We applaud their dedication to being the best team around for veterinary care.
I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds, if not thousands of organizations over the past 35 years. And every once in a great while, I am honored to work with a business organization that works much more like a family than a business. Supportive, welcoming, caring, encouraging, dynamic and most importantly, lots of fun, these organizations flourish because their internal and external customers alike are excited to be a part of a great thing. I was blown away yesterday with the leadership, support and problem-solving skills demonstrated by the Southwest Veterinary Hospital of Reno, NV. Due to their continued investment in their people vis-a-vis leadership training, they have once again proved that your people are at the heart of your business.
