We were honored to work with pilots and owners of Single Engine Air Tankers or SEATS as they are known in the industry. They are incredibly maneuverable and nimble and can carry up to 800 gallons of water or retardant to a fire. I thought they might be a little shaken up taking to the air without an aircraft but I was dead wrong. These guys solidly kick ass in their profession and in their personal lives. They took a lot of insights home with them about leadership, collaboration and change management. As hard as they work and the risks they take, they deserve the best!
