Paul Peterson, UADA CEO arrived with an International crowd to work on their leadership and supervisory skills as well as a host of other leadership traits. Practice makes perfect and we threw enough difficult challenges at them that they improved on their approach to problem-solving and leadership immensely. This was a highly motivated group and it showed on both the low and high elements… their hallmark: they never left anyone behind.
