Had the pleasure of once again working with Upward Bound and Audrey Peters from Quincy, California. This fine Plumas County and Feather River College program aids young people who have college aspirations by providing support and aid in high school. We are proud to work with our partners in Upward Bound! And, as you can see below, that despite what might hold them back… they are, indeed, Upward Bound!
