Spent a great day with Engine Crews from the BLM and they once again proved how this government agency operates heads and tails above any other Federal Agency we have ever worked with. These men and women and the agency they represent are all about improving their work performance and will stop at nothing to do it. Facing their fears and also working on the most effective Attitudes, Behaviors and Cognitions to use in the work setting kept us busy all day as this team rose to the challenge.
If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a hundred times, BLM Nevada is an extraordinary agency and the performance of the men and women working under its umbrella continue to spiral upward based on their continued commitment to performance improvement.
