Education Day For Educators

We’re proud to announce that our 2nd annual Education Day at the Project Discovery ropes challenge course is scheduled for Saturday, June 17, 2017. Teachers and administrators from local schools are invited to spend a day at the challenge course to experience the magic that happens every day at Project Discovery. Although you may have experienced other ropes challenge courses in the area, we take pride in the level of facilitation we offer that will allow you and your students to grow together.

“I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.”  ― Albert Einstein

We’ll be running the Education Day just as we would any day, so you can fully experience the program. The Project Discovery ropes course has served participants from age 3 to 75, so we know you can do it too! The program will run from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. There is no cost for the event.

• Registrations are available only for teachers and administrators in the northern Nevada and northern California area. You may not bring spouses or children for this special event.

• Registration is limited to 5 staff members from each school.

• The Education Day is limited to 45 participants.

• Please plan on attending the full day, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm so you can see our entire process, as it is unmatched by any other challenge course in the area.

Want to earn a free day for your class? The teacher that recruits the greatest number of teachers to register and attend the Education Day will get a free day at the Ropes Course for their class (up to 30 participants) this fall.

Although our registration deadline has passed…we’ll still accept registrations through Wednesday, June 14th.
