Jim and I recently had the opportunity to work with the HR folks from HM Clause in a retreat held on the Sacramento River just upstream from Redding, California. What a wonderful group of quick thinkers we had to deal with. This international and bilingual group rose to the occasion and was wicked smart in problem-solving and collaborating with their colleagues to get the job done. Performance was enhanced and many insights gained along the way with equal doses of surprise, learning and laughter. It was a fantastic day and we look forward to working with this great company down the road!
