Backcountry camp went off without a hitch this year! The campers had an amazing series of days hiking into the wilderness, climbing, swimming, and making delicious meals together! We are so looking forward to next year’s camp already.
To finish off a big week full of adventures, the Rocks Ropes and Boats Advanced campers went on a float of the Truckee River, passing amazing bridge and rock jumps along the way!

The Rocks Ropes and Boats campers had an awesome day on Thursday as they enjoyed their nature hike near Hidden Lake and the Mount Rose chutes! They learned all about the beautiful plants and animals of the Sierra Nevada.

This weeks advanced group of Rocks Ropes and Boats headed up to Incline Peak for a spectacular hike! The group then had a chance to jump into the lake.
Wednesdays are rock climbing days for our Rocks Ropes and Boats campers! This week, the Advanced group also had the opportunity to rappel off a bridge into the Truckee River!
Day 2 of Rocks Ropes and Boats was great! The campers learned how to belay and climbed up into the trees. We also soared down the Zipline and cooled off in the pond.
