Leadership Redding Alumni travelled down to Project Discovery and Lake Tahoe for a wonderful weekend experience learning and laughing their way through some of our over 50 challenges. One of the best working groups I have seen in years, these alumni demonstrated again and again what it takes to “Bring It” with solid leadership and followship. Jim and I loved watching this group blaze through some challenges that often take hours in a matter of minutes. Through fear and tears this amazing team broke several course records… looks like the Weekend Workshop really IS a great investment in yourself and the follow-up Alumni Leadership Graduate Course even more so!
