The Pioneer High School Ski Program continued this week with another installment of Wacky Saves on Skis. This week students learned to cross country ski to Chickadee Ridge on the South side of Tahoe Meadows where they built a large lunch table, learned some gold mining history and learned a lot about traveling on skis both up and down a mountain. Were there crashes and laughter and learning. Oh yeah, you betcha!
Love working with these students as they are excellent committed learners and as tough as nails! Enjoy the pics! Thanks go out to the teachers and principal as well. What a great school.
