Building Bridges With The McConnell Foundation

The McConnell Foundation of Redding is probably best known for their funding of the beautiful Sundial Bridge over the Sacramento River. What you may not know is that over the last 30 years, the McConnell Foundation has funded hundreds of millions of dollars in projects primarily in Shasta, Tehama, Modoc, Trinity and Siskiyou counties. Yes, there have been more bridges, along with funding elaborate hiking trails, open spaces, community facilities, scholarship programs and outdoor programs.

This week, they focused on building bridges within their organization. We brought portable elements and activities to their Lema Ranch headquarters – giving an opportunity to bring together everyone from the COO right down to the gardeners. We were honored to work with an organization that has done so much for Northern California communities. We can’t wait to do it again!

    1. Definitely. What a great team you have and what a great job you do for the world with it. I am honored to be a small part of it. Thanks again for being such a super star in role modeling what caring and compassion look like when operationalized. You Rock!

    1. You are so welcome Shannon! We are proud to be a distant cousin at least with the McConnell Foundation since we are both in the Bridge Building Business (nice alliteration no?). In any event, thanks so much for having us, it brings us great pride in knowing we helped your team become a little closer and a team in function as well as title.
