Out On A Limb With TMCC High School Leadership

There’s not really a better place than the Project Discovery ropes challenge course to learn about leadership. We worked with the leadership class from Truckee Meadows Community College High School this week. The school offers students the ability to complete the last three years of high school in a college environment, while also allowing them to earn an A.A. degree at the same time.

Math teacher Scott Millard and a student named Rocky provided a steady stream of puns that kept our day flowing with fun. Everybody, including the adult staff, stepped out on a limb, allowing them to branch out as leaders. We look forward to working with TMCCHS a lot more in the upcoming years. “Mark” your calendars, if you know what I mean.
