We had the honor of spending the morning with a group of very powerful women who made sure they “got it done.” With all the support and encouragement they could muster the team made sure that each and every team member went above and beyond their limits today. The courage which some of these women shown was amazing. The Mother/Daughter teams were striking in their motivation and commitment to climb higher and swing longer than either Mom nor Daughter thought possible. It was just a great group to work with and we hope they return many times. If you are looking for a great group to join for exercise and to get the support you need, whatever your exercise goals, Kaia Fit would be the one I would recommend. Super people!
