Although our Rocks, Ropes and Boats Summer camps have filled, we still have three amazing camp opportunities open at this point. First off our Leadership Academy, (June 14-18) still has openings and prepares teens to be Counselor’s-In-Training as well as good prep for employment in the Outdoor Education, and child care fields. It is also the first step in summer employment with Project Discovery. Secondly, Session II of our Backcountry Camp (August 2-6) is still open inviting campers to experience a week in a wilderness oriented camp backpacking, lake hiking, rock climbing, rappelling and sleeping out on the summit of a local peak watching both an incredible sunset and sunrise. Last but certainly not least, our Teen High Adventure Program is the Crown Jewel of our camp program and the pinnacle of Adventure Challenge. Canyoneers will drop deep into a remote canyon enjoying zip lines, rappelling, climbing, cliff-jumping and waterslides.
If your older kids have been housebound a little too long and need something to really get them out and about in a healthy environment. All three of these camps might be just the thing to help them officially Exit the Year of Covid, make new friends, learn new and exciting skills and get back to living life fully!
